WeCar
Now there’s one less thing to bring to campus…your car. Introducing WeCar car sharing, a refreshing alternative to car ownership, where you only have to be 18 years of age to rent.* Available by the hour or by the day, WeCar gives you the convenience of car ownership without the hassle and expense. And, it’s easy on the environment.
How it works
There is a one-time $20 application fee and $50 annual membership fee. Once you’re a member, you’ll have access to our environmentally-friendly fleet for an hourly, overnight, daily, or weekend rate, which includes your gas and basic protection.* It’s truly a program where you can have access to a car when you need it, if you need it.
Getting started
Beginning September 2009, WeCar’s vehicles will be available 24/7 at convenient locations right on campus. It’s easy to become a member.
Upcoming WeCar Events
WeCar will be on campus every Monday from 10a to 2p through the end of October in the EMU Main Lobby. Come by to learn more about the program, apply for your WeCar membership, pick up your WeCar membership packet, or just to say hello!
