Citation Petition

All petitions of citations will be considered under the regulations listed in current issue of the university's parking information brochures. These rules are governed by Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR). Petitions may be denied for lack of information.

In cases of denied petition you may appeal to the Traffic Appeals Board in writing within five days of notice. File your appeal at the Department of Public Safety. Fines are due and payable to the University of Oregon within 10 days of notice.
